Return Policy

For non-custom original art and handmade jewelry, each piece is unique, and I aim to make people happy with the art I make. I understand that things sometimes don’t work out, so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and receive store credit or a full refund for the price of the product. Buyer pays return shipping. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

To return an item, drop us a line at orders@deesfineart.com for instructions on how to ship your item back to us. I will issue your refund within 72 hours of receiving the package.

For custom made items and on-demand printed items, I don’t accept returns. If there is a problem with your print order, though, please contact me at orders@deesfineart.com so I can help make it right.

For private lessons, I don’t accept returns, but the amount you pay does not expire. If you purchase lessons with a discount, the amount you paid never expires, but the discount itself expires if not used within 3 months of purchase. Contact me at dina@deesfineart.com to book the date and time of your lesson.
